The Rewilding Centre is around an hour’s drive from Inverness, Kyle of Lochalsh and Fort William.
We are situated on the A887 Skye road, six miles west of Invermoriston.

By car
From Inverness, take the A82 south for 30 miles to Invermoriston, then turn right onto the A887.
From the west, follow the A87.
From the south, follow the A82, then turn left at Invermoriston onto the A887.
Free parking, accessible spaces and two electric vehicle charging points are available.
By bus or train
Bus service
The Scottish Citylink 917 bus passes the Rewilding Centre. Please note, this is a request stop on the opposite side of the road to the Rewilding Centre.
Train service
The nearest railway station to the Rewilding Centre is Inverness Railway Station, which is the terminus of the Highland Main Line, the Aberdeen–Inverness line, the Kyle of Lochalsh line and the Far North Line.
By bike
Bike racks are available in the main car park.
Bikes and e-bikes can be hired from Drumnadrochit, Fort Augustus and Inverness.

Getting to the Rewilding Centre from Inverness Airport
Stagecoach Inverness provides a direct bus connection to Inverness city centre and runs every 30 minutes.
Trains run from Inverness Airport Railway Station to Inverness Railway Station in the city centre. The Stagecoach 11 bus runs every 30 minutes between the terminal building and the airport station or it is a 15-20 minute walk via a walkway.
From Inverness city centre, take the Scottish Citylink 917 to the Rewilding Centre (please note, this is a request stop on the opposite side of the road to the Rewilding Centre)
Taxis and car hire are also available from Inverness Airport.
