Explore the wild Highlands with our Land Rover Defender 110 County Station Wagon driven by Richard.
During your adventure you’ll discover ancient and regenerating Scots pine woodland, breath taking views across Glen Moriston, and the inspiring story of rewilding in the Highlands with our experienced guide, Franny.
Along the way, uncover the meaning behind Gaelic place names, learn how they reveal the history and ecology of the landscape, and experience habitats rarely visited by the public. Expect scenic waterfalls, wildflowers, native woodland, upland heath, and spectacular panoramic viewpoints with a freshly prepared pack lunch for your adventure.
Perfect for nature lovers, walkers, and anyone wanting a deeper insight into Scotland’s rewilding landscape.

| Tuesday 11 August – Full Day Tour: 10:00am: Depart Dundreggan Rewilding Centre 10:30am: Arrive at the first layby beside Meall na Faiche 10:30am – 12:15pm: Explore streams and rivers beside Meall na Faiche with guide 12:15pm – 12:30pm: Lunch 1:30pm – 3:30pm: Walk to breath taking view point and back 3:30pm – 4:00pm: Return to Centre |

Walking Information:
This tour includes two leisurely guided walks across uneven, pathless terrain, including boggy, tussocky and heathery ground. There will be plenty of stops along the way, but a reasonable level of fitness is required. Sturdy, waterproof walking boots with ankle support are essential. Please note there are no toilet facilities during the tour, other than in the outdoors!
