Rewild yourself in this immersive, nature-based experience at the beautiful Dundreggan Estate in Glenmoriston. Relax into guided yoga sessions and restorative breathwork practices. Explore the stunning landscape and take time to connect with nature, led by our knowledgeable visitor experience team. Enjoy nourishing, fresh food from our Rewilding Centre cafe and spend cosy evenings by the fireside. Rewild and Restore offers a perfect balance of guided activity and time to rest and reflect, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.

Yoga classes will be hosted by Caoimhe
Caoimhe is part of the visitor experience team here at Dundreggan Rewilding Centre and is a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga from Summer Healing Yoga in Melbourne, Australia.

My teaching style emphasises mindfulness, balance, and the joy of movement, aiming to create a welcoming space for all practitioners to grow and thrive. I’m deeply passionate about finding healing and reconnection to earth through tapping into our inner wildness through nature immersion, mindfulness, movement & mythology.”
Accommodation
Immerse yourself in the Caledonian forest with two nights in our brand-new accommodation, An Spiris. Stay in a double or twin en-suite room and relax in the comfortable and cosy communal space. Towels and bed linen are provided, and a boot room is available for drying outdoor gear.
